The Shoes:  Nordstrom

This Treasure and Bond Platform Sannibel Wedge is this year’s “It” wedge, and it. is. everything.  And everywhere!  If you follow any other fashion blogs, you have no doubt seen these cuties gracing their pages on multiple occasions.  And there’s good reason why.  The color is just the perfect shade of cognac, making it a gorgeous nude for every skin tone.  As you likely know, I absolutely love color and drape myself in it every chance I get.  That’s why I have so many variants of nude and cognac colored shoes.  They go with absolutely everything.  Whether you’re dolled up in an angelic neutral look from head to toe or showcasing a tropical ensemble, nothing seals the deal better than the perfect nude shoe.

This particular wedge embodies what I love about a nude shoe and wedge all in one.  The platform has the ideal slope to elongate your leg with little strain on the ball of your foot so you can wear for hours without discomfort.  The leather upper is soft and comfortable, and the bands are the ideal thickness to prevent any digging into your skin.  Some wedges are too casual to wear with dressier outfits, but the positioning of the straps across the foot in this wedge make them ideal for all lengths of dresses, shorts, and even cropped or ankle pants.

As much as I love these shoes in the tan leather, they also come in black, gray, and white.  I have — you guessed it — these shoes in three colors!  They are just so comfortable and cute!

The Fit:

If you have a wide foot, you need to size up one half size.   If you have a narrow or average width foot, you should be fine with your typical size.
