I was SO excited when I realized I qualified as an “Ambassador” and would be allowed to shop the Nordstrom Anniversary sale two days before “early access” this year! As I mentioned in my previous post on how to plan for the sale here, the good stuff goes fast. You all know I love my Amazon finds, but when I slip into Nordstrom’s boots or sweaters, I literally sigh into the quality and fit. Discounted higher-end items are where it’s at!

Not sure what the big deal is about this sale? In a nutshell, Nordstrom deeply discounts gorgeous, brand new pieces for THIS COMING FALL for the period of the sale. After the sale is over, the prices go back up! Pretty genius, right!? Instead of a sale of last season’s goodies, it’s NEXT season’s goodies!

This Season’s Trends

This season you will find lots of mustard and mild yellow, cobalt blue, and snake and animal print. You can find 100 percent cashmere sweaters like this one for $65 and soft staple t-shirts for $12 and $19! I love this soft, long tunic t-shirt for $19. Kids enjoy Northface and Adidas at discounted prices, and men can shop cheap threads literally from head to toe.

Put your air conditioning way down and forget about the sweltering July/August heat. Think “fall” thoughts and snag some gorgeous pieces at awesome prices! I’ve listed the best steals under $100 first and then categorized additional items by gender. Happy Shopping!
