It’s been REALLY hot here in Texas.  Scorching, really.  We’re talking 110 degrees and HUMID!  So when we got an invitation to celebrate the birthday of a friend this past weekend, I had to find something light, airy, and comfortable.  I love me a good day drink these days with an early bedtime, and knowing the party didn’t start until 8:00 pm scared me! Ha!  But we made the most of having a babysitter and started our evening with a dinner date at a new (to us) restaurant in Deep Ellum, Stirr.  It was delish and service was great!

This Bergamot crop top and skirt were perfect for the evening! You really can’t wear a bra with it, so it’s a bit bohemian sexy in that way, and the material is lightweight and cool.  The skirt is lined for no show-through, but flowy so it’s not heavy or hot.
